permabanned, profiles and ignore lists

I am not going to say hey lets unban these guys but an issue has cropped up with players banned from the forums and it is affecting games.

1) These players now have no profiles.
2) They can no longer ignore other players or block anyone from joining there games.
3) As they have no profile, we can not ignore or block them from playing our games.

xtratabasco, I play a lot of team games with him. He is permabanned.

He cannot ignore or block anyone joining his games.

I noticed he has no profile

I tried adding him to my foes list and it doesn't work, i can still see his chat and his name doesnt appear on my list.
And I can still see his game chat in http://www.conquerclub.com/game.php?game=207252 which i shouldnt if he is a foe
