As stated above, E-ticket is the formal way to approach this. The mods will investigate the claim, and respond in due time.

Or you can try approaching the player via pm and plead with them. It all depends on why the neg was left, and who left it.

Some players are reasonable and forgiving by nature, and others . . . . . .

I got a negative feedback from Astroheat.(game 2030295)
Nothing was said in gamechat and we got a negative feedback.

I asked Astroheat why he left me a negative feedback and this was his answer:

I think someone who gives negative feedback for nothing or for his reaseon he is angry because of losing should be banned to leave feedback to other players.

i've stated the same thing before. if a person has more than a certain number of feedbacks removed, they should no longer be allowed to leave feedback. people use it as a weapon and a threat in games now. it is really sad. nice post!!-0

How about a point penalty instead, for wasting the site administrator's time.
Like a CC service charge... -50 to start and up the ante for repeat abusers.

Well, I don't know if this kind of punishment is enough for these guys.
Totally banning for leaving feedback solves that probem once and for all for those persons.

But sounds good to me.
