Regarding deadbeats and the RULES

OOK i have heard several times that there are RULES to cover deadbeats..to make sure that if someone deadbeats the player who last took a territ from them gets points and if no one did the player who wins the game gets the points...however i cannot seem to FIND WHERE these rules have been posted...if someone would be kind enough to point the way it would be appreciated

From instructions "In a terminator game you get points for the players that you eliminate. When players are auto-kicked in a terminator game their armies remain on the map, and you can still get points (and cards) from them if you eliminate the deadbeat before the game is over (otherwise their points are awarded to the game winner)."



I know this doesn't quite answer your question but is it enough?
