New Classic? or Old?

Postby Cherry pepsi? on Thu Apr 10, 2008 8:50 pm

i personally liked the classic board, but why was there touch ups? i dunno? but i guess they seem to need to make "touch ups" on the board even though theres a debate on white vs black (board not actuall confilict) i think many ppl would rather have old board... I'm speaking for thoughs ppl... many say it hurts there eyes... cause light screen + white = harder to read and so that it makes the game harder for many ppl... but it may not just be "it hurts there eyes" but i think the "classic map" is suppose to be the "classic" map not the "new map" hence the difference...

well im hosting a vote to see wheater u like the new map or would rather have old map and see if it makes a difference

please comment let CC'ers here it they'll reply ;)

ever heard of sarcasm?

By the way, the OLD classic map was NOT like the actual RISK classic map so your argument is invalid.

Ifeel I should clarify:
I might be wrong but I could bet a lot that the classic map was called classic ONLY and ONLY becaus eit is similar/identical to the original rick board game out of all the NON-classic maps on this site.

As far as I know, it could be called world 1,1 and I wouldnt care, its still risk.

And if you saw the other threads: why start another one?

Well Scott-Land posted in one of the other now classic threads that the New Improved version of the map had caused him to lose a couple games, so maybe it's got fewer calories or something that makes the attacking armies lethargic.

hehe no worries Cherry.. the mirth was light relief, we had a small war (with about 130 threads similar to this one) in the forums the last few days.
i think you didn't notice ;)
So your earnest pointing out of this problem was great medicine.
