Team Bonuses

In a team game, does one player have to have all territories to get a continent bonus or can a team of players hold a continent and still get the bonus without one person holding it all? Also, if the one player has to hold all territories, is it possible for a teammate to convert or kill off one or two territories held by a teammate in order to get the continent bonus for the team?

One person; no.

I mean, of course you can kill your teammate's armies, but you have to do it the same way as everyone else.

yeah otherwise bonuses would be easy to get and who would be the one to get the armys, it is fair the way it is.
