Ok, when i am forting as fast a i can in freestyle speed, i don't scroll down the page, (I play with the small map and scroll slightly down the page at the start of the moves and I leave it there). That way, I can see the map and the dropdowns and theres no need to scroll down to use them. Since i didn't have to be as fast as possible in forting that round.

2008-04-19 00:32:40 - poo-maker fortified Brazil with 2 armies from Northwest Territory
2008-04-19 00:32:43 - poo-maker fortified Middle East with 1 armies from India
2008-04-19 00:32:49 - poo-maker fortified Brazil with 1 armies from Middle East

On every one of those forts, I had selected brazil to fort to. I didn't use my scroll wheel at all during those forts. All I used was my mouse to select the dropdowns and numbers. I've changed over to clicky maps in my standard games now, but I can't play as well using clicky in team games... theres way too many split deployments and forting. I disable clicky maps whenever I play dubs btw...
