Loss of a CC friend

I have really real bad news, Satanspaladin has really passed away! She is missed!

I'ts true, I'm sorry to say - the news was posted some time ago in Ball Busterz.

I'm not sure if it is right for us to discuss it here... in particular because her partner is still on the site but she had a long-term illness, which she battled hard against. She was a really nice and feisty lady.

Kate loved CC it was her place to spend time and meet new friends as she battled away like the warrior she was - Im sure she would not want people to mourn her passing but rather celebrate her life and enjoy CC to its fullest the good and bad about it

That doesn't matter... she was real, she had a real personality and she has real people who love her, and on this site many people who care about her... Her death really made me think about the friends I have made on CC, and I was deeply saddened to hear of her loved ones loss. She did get the last laugh, as that must be her personality, I never met her in person, but I bet she probably always did get the last laugh?

Your thread didn't bother me billy, until I knew about her passing, then it pissed me off! It's not funny to even joke about such things.

Coming from a person that did not know her at all I will say this. No matter how much you may or may not have gotten along with this lady, show some respect. It is very very poor taste to make jokes or poke fun at a situation such as this. May she rest in peace. Condolences to all the family and friends.

I had a lot of fun with Kate, she was a fierce warrior and a lot of fun to chat with. Even with her passing Kate will always be a member of the Mythology Clan, My sincerest condolences to family and partner.....

bollocks, i liked her a lot. she was a very good woman when she talk to me in my "Gay Village" thread. she use to say she went to Manchester Uni and ewent out in the Gay village quite a lot. i felt cold when i was reading another thread and discovered she'd pased away.
