What age group has the best players ?

So who's the best, the college kids ? Maybe the 40 somethings, who have patience and skill ? Any ideas ? I wonder if they averaged the age of the top 50 or 100 what it would be ?

I don't know ages on the top 50, but I can tell you this, if you show up looking for a pick up game in the evening in LiveChat, it's like going back to 7th grade homeroom in there, and its a total cook-fest. Hey, but a least these kids are just having some good clean fun, right???

That would be assuming that everyone who voted thought they were great at this game, which, trust me, they're not...

I still contend that the under 6 age group rocks!

I can tell you alot of the better players are like 18-25 but so are alot of the worst. This is because it seems this is the majority of players on the site.

actually the answer is pretty simple. it is either under 8 or over 50. since the vast majority of players are between 8 and 50 it's safe to assume their average is at ~1000 points. now find all the people bellow 8 or above 50 (there should be just a few) and if their average is above 1000 then we have an answer.

In very general terms, I'd suggest (without knowing for sure) that older players are more patient, younger players more aggressive. Which wins the game? That depends a lot on the game, doesn't it? How many players, cards/no cards etc. Some configurations favour patient players, some favour aggressive ones.

Having said that, to allege that 18-28's are better at C&C because they spend more time on computers than 48-58's is idiotic. No age group has a monopoly on computer use, and how does computer experience help you with C&C anyway? If you can use a mouse and a keyboard you're G2G.
