Heres The Questions:

1. How do i get in contact with the authors? From Blizzard and Square Enix. I Want to have permission to make an Conquerclub Based map of their Maps.

2. If you change the name of the Places, and such just keep the land shape, will it still be copyright issus?

Copyright subsists over these type of things both in their totality as well as portions. Otherwise Vanilla Ice would never have had to acknowledge Queen. So in essence, yes, changing the names of the places would still leave you in breach of their copyright.

What you should do is talk to the people who made the Middle Earth map. They apparently got permission to use the real names and such. The original idea came from MrConfigT. Here is a link to the map thread. Link

hmm kk, So MrCongT was the one getting the the Permission? Cause i need to know who to talk to.

I am not sure who was the one getting permission, I just know that he was the one who started the idea. From his idea came a map with copyrighted names on the map. Whenever ideas like that come up, people mention that the Middle Earth map was able to get permission. Other maps (Midkemdil) were unable to get permission, and were forced to be taken down and changed. I would talk to MrConfigT about your idea and ask how that map was able to get permission. Send him a PM, if that fails, come back here and I will try to find some more names for you.

Already Treid, he said he didint he just came up with the idea you said. Some1 else made it. I will Tommorow contact Square Enix in Live chat support to ask them for premission but i would want to talk to the one who got the permission for MIddlearth first.
