The wall allows you to see who has you on their ignore list. You don't have to ask them or try and join a game with them to do it.

I wouldn't want to destroy the feeling of intense irritation they must relish when clicking to join one of my games, by telling them on their wall that they enjoy the privileged position of being on my ignore list.
