Help with Age of Realms 3 map

I am currently in a triples match on the Age of Realms 3 map. We're going to win because of the excellent play of one of our guys, but I haven't been able to help out at all. My armies are located on the Sanctuary Island. I haven't been able to figure out how to get out of the middle and eventually to a pier where I can attack another island. I read the directions on the map to the right but I still don't know what I'm doing wrong. It's probably something really simple. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks

When in a position as well fortified as sanctuary on the AoR#3 , it is best to simply drop on your partners. sit back and relax..forify the partner in best position to attack.
