When we had the old chat system, people used to post their games over and over and over and it got very annoying. I like that when I go to Social now I can chat and not have people posting games the whole time.

i dont think that george wants to turn social into callouts. it just sux when you get booted or reprimanded for asking. if someone says their interested a respectable player isnt going to fill social with the particulars, theyre gonna shoot a pm to the person to finalize the deal.
and yeah, i know its a fine line to walk. however im sure any chat mods would be able to acknowledge the difference in behaviour between the players that simply ask socially, and those that spam up the chat with it, which is the point of the rule right?

There's a reason that there's less people in callouts: Callouts only includes the people who want to play a game. Social includes both people who do want to play, and those who don't. You gain no advantage if you can call out in social--sure, you reach more people, but none of those extra people want to play! If they did, they'd be in callouts!

You're missing the point- players only ask ones that they know.. for instance George would never approach you because he doesn't know you. And he's a point snob- you're too low for is liking.
