Better Abuse System.

Concise description:

• Makeing the abuse system better.

Specifics:

• What if we made each AbuseChrime gain up Points/Percentage shown on the profile. Instead of sending alot of warnings to a player not following the rules wheter its a low chrime our a pretty bad crhime. So each chrime gives diffrent points. When a player have gained 20Points of Abuse he will get a forum ban for so long.
  
• Each Warning gives AbuseCreds.
  
  -20 = Forum Ban.
  -30 = Forum Ban forever.
  -40 = Ban From both Game And Forum for time.
  -50 = Banne forever.
  
  Since players can see the points the profile they can diside if they want to play him or not. Also a new search perameter on Gamefiner: Do not accept any player with: 20AbuseCreds, 30AbuseCreds, 40Abusecreds...

This will improve the following aspects of the site:

• Better AbuseSystem.
• Allow players not to play any1 multi, spammer, ....

But then you have a different kind of abuse:
someone giving someone else "abuse points" for bad reasons; e.g. Was slightly mean on forum, called them a bad name in game chat, beat them in a game, or generally got on their nerves.

So this system seems to be fundamentally flawed at the other end of it.
