..If Klobber becomes banned there will be uproar about how great and upstanding a player he was and there will be a massive "free Klobber" movement. Players who had little or no interaction with him while he was a member will become impassioned to "fight" for his cause by spamming up the forums and we would likely see him posting in the forums with multi accounts.

This isn't really specific to Klobber, but it seems to be the default reaction here.

HaHAHA... Being in Norse's clan, and Wicked's friend, I must disagree with this.

Is it ? ? ? ? ? I suppose I could ask you to clarify where I might have misjudged your methods and ability, but it doesn't really matter. This whole thread is a moot point and pretty much of no significance or consequence anyways. As a game site, we are all here for the entertainment value... and possibly to kill some free time. So whatever floats KLOBBER's boat is fine and of little interest to me. Being on his foe list I've never had the opportunity to actually play him and can only speculate by studying his game history.

You've built your reputation here through word and deed. It is what it is... nothing more.
The only factor capable of altering that equation is your own actions.

Fact is, you avoid competitive players and create Circus Max games to harvest cheap points from deadbeat recruits. This fact makes both your rank and the expression klobber time a big joke. If you aren't ignorant of that fact then it must be your scrupples that are lacking. Your reputation is that of a bottom feeder with many players doubting you have the necessary skills to challenge anyone other than noobs.

You sidestepped jiminski's previous inquiry, but I too wonder "what sort of satisfaction you get from setting up non-competitive games?" or how you believe Brigadier is your "natural rank" when deadbeat recruits are your most consistant adversaries?

Far from fact.

I too voted no change because who --besides General Quigley-- would even notice that he wasn't playing?

Should not JR24 be asked the same about deadbeat harvesting? or does hunting the new recruit deadbeats make for better game then laying a trap for them???

I am a big trash talker, and I usually have something to say on most topics. However, I really don't think it's appropriate to start threads about what would happen if someone was kicked off. Most of us just come on here to have a good time. If you don't like the guy, you should put him on your ignore list, (yes I know it's called foe now, I'm opposed to change, don't correct me) and don't read his posts.

I am just saying that the point that was raised is done by others also and yes I feel it is on topic as far as that line of commenting was concerned. Why persecute Klobber no matter how obnoxious when he does the same as other CCers who make themselves very public.
