Postby Robinette on Tue Aug 05, 2008 12:20 am

One year ago,

So I was curious... Where are they NOW???

thats right folks, NO handicaps and only 3 requirements!!!!

And NOW.... THE FIRST requirement is..........

You must have a win rate BEEEEE-LOOOOW 40%...
*a silence comes over the masses... many ask, what does it mean? why is that good? the MC continues...*

AND FINALLY... there can be no more than 12 in a Dozen!!!!!
*mixed reactions from the crowd... some cheering, some booing... the MC returns to the microphone*

oh all rightie then, next time we'll make it a 'Bakers' Dozen...

It might be a bit cheeky to point this out, but I'm entertained by the fact that you have the current 3000-level rank icon next to your high score, yet when you attained that high score that icon was but a gleam in widowmaker's eye...

Actually, now that I think about it, I don't recall what the original 3000-level icon was. My mind is clearly going. :(

I remember Colonel (original highest rank) was a crown thingy... looked cartoon style compared to the current one, but similar inspiration. I don't remember if that was 3000 though. For some reason I'm wanting to say 2400 or some such. Robinette, you should remember... you were around at the time, and I seem to recall you were a Colonel for a bit.

Yeah, lackattack added the general rank shortly after I joined. But Fireside's right... it was Colonel at 2000. I couldn't remember. When lack added General I think Colonel got boosted a bit. I'm pretty sure the next ranking update after that one was Widowmakers' stuff, but that was shortly before I stopped playing for a while, so I can't be sure. That was a while ago... amusing to see who's on top these days. ;)

oh my... i remember this list being one of the first things i ever read in the CC forums, when i finally ventured in. i had been warned by jbrettlip that it was a place for freaks and geeks, and to stay away... of course, being both, i raced right in, read that thread, and thought, "wow, these people need lives." now, here i am, wondering where the hell they all are, and shocked that i even care, let alone remember that list!!! cc... so damn addictive...-0

I see you had to add the 40% and below to somehow get you on the list again nette

well done =D>

but no one needs the stats

the best sequential singles 6 to 8 players games are easily comic boy, sjnap, maniacmath17, poo-maker from my experiences, and in no particular order, perhaps a few others, freestyle is a different story, mixed combination of both sequential + freestyle in singles, is yet another story, mixed teams and singles is yet even another, and mixed diversity on everything, all maps, all game styles, teams and singles is yet the ultimate in my opinion.

Jork went MIA. Anyone talk to him? I wrote him one day in myspace to see how he was doing but I don't think he even goes on there anymore.
