CC Breaks during game.What happens......

Yesturday while playing in a speed gameGame 3246204,the CC site encountered problems & the remaining 3 players left, myself included,were unable to take our turns for two rounds (or 3 turns for one player) or type msg in chat(well i couldnt anyway).
When it eventually returned back to normal,one player (game leader) was booted out for missing too many turns & it gave the 3rd player a distinct advantage as he held the larger bonus area & he won a couple of turn later.
Now i"m no winger to losing, but because of the problems CC were having,i cant help feeling it had a definate effect to the eventual outcome of the game. This is because once game leader was kicked out for missing too many turns,obviously i was the said target & was taken out a couple of turns later.
So my Question is this....what happens if,because of a fault solely down to CC, a games outcome is profoudly changed,do the affected players get their points reinbursed or is it just a case of tough luck?
I have e ticketed the mods asking this same question but as of yet i have had no reply,so does anyone reading this have any ideas please?

They may delete it, not sure in this case. You sent an e-ticket, which is good. If they do delete it, your points will be given back/taken away to the losing and winning parties.

Just to let you know, as you have sent in an eticket, one of the mods will take care of it. But, it does take some time, as you can imagine there were a lot of games which had the same thing happen.

Oh the mods have taken care of it alright. They have swept it under the carpet & have done nothing,even though they have admitted there being a problem during our game.
So it would seem, that even when a game has been altered because CC expeariences technical difficulties while in game play,they would rather do nothing & let things stand rather than do something about it
Yet another example of the laziness of the Mods on this site

No, by take care of it, I mean they will probably (I am not 100% sure, so not official) delete the game since it was a server-side issue. That is why they want etickets, so they have a list of which games need to be "fixed" (similar to how a dog gets "fixed").

Why respond to hulmey's post just to criticize it, while completely ignoring the post just above it by lancehoch, who is trying to be helpful despite your belligerent and difficult attitude? Don't complain about the service at a place where you treat the employees like crap.

i doubt they are going to delete any games or give back any points. this was a very short fizzle on the CC map. i missed turns in over 10 games in a CC fizzle before, and nothing was done about it. it was also server error, and people put up threads and ranted and moaned, just as people are doing in this thread. sure, it seems unfair. but at the end of the day, it is a casual gaming site and nothing is truly lost by losing a few points you can regain. to reset/delete all the games effected would be ridiculous and simply a very large undertaking that would not be worth the effort. be thankful you haven't suffered through some of the larger outages and that it was only one game.-0

p.s.-mr. deadly intent... way to step way into it... hulmey, you are getting good at the baiting!! we may have a new champ!

If you must know i PM"d Lancehoch to personally thank him for his comments,guessing that this thread may be hijacked or taken down another road as so often is the case

However,getting back on track.....i have to agree with your comments Owenshooter,just thought i would ask the Question as i was uncertain of the protocol when things like this happen
However, i did find it very frustrting though,moreso for the time wasted playing the game rather than the loss of a few points

I'm guessing those 10 missed turns were in casual (24 hour) games. In the past, the admin have deleted speed games for "short" outages, but not casual games. Although, there was the time that anyone taking a turn on the classic map, was given a bonus for holding every single continent. Those games were deleted.
