Here i have something to say and offer...
When you are about to join in a new game, you specify your criterias, and then a number of games there comes in the list. Players in those games, maybe one, or maybe you are the last one to get in the game whatever. What is hard is that you can not have idea about players how fair players they are or what their attendances are..or are they simply deatbeaters ? Some ppl just hear about CC and get an account, just play without paying any attention, consequently leading deatbeats a lot.. Such ppl turns freestyle games looks like sequentials whatever. I mean simply this is what discomfort is.. One can say that me or others who think same way with me to open private games.. But the absence in private games is that how many of us reading callouts ? If you open a private game, then you are limited with only a group of ppl who just read callouts daily or periodiically.. So keepin your game open to anyone is beautiful.. On the other hand open games are open to those new ppl as well. There is a conflict on this.
Another point i want to say some words on is this..In the waiting game list, there are games with those ppl who are waiting attached to the games...What quick information we can get about ppl who are waiting is just an avarage rating.. Dont know how many ppl rated him, dont know what are the components, etc etc...
Think of this, a player got 4.8 from fair play voted by 15 players... 4.7 from attitude voted by 10 ppl and 3.8 from attendance lets say voted from 3 ppl... Such a player is gonna have an avarage rating of 4.4. Not too good, but not a rating to decide of him to be a deatbeater...So should one, who is about to join a game should look whole those guys in a given criteria waiting game list ? You will go in playr profile, gonna click on wiew ratings tab, etc etc.. this is really slow and not practical. So what i offer is simple and this, instead putting there an avarage count, simply put this...
1st place fair play / how many votes 2nd place attitude / how many votes 3rd place attendance / how many votes

Plyaer 1 4.8/15 4.7/10 3.8/3 <== this representation is maybe requering more place but real handy to have in the first look on ppl in waiting game lists....
Finally, i wish, i hope this letter reaches to some decision makers to make desicions on it.. This is not something hard to do develope, this is as simple as defining how ppl are gonna be represented in waiting lists and games..this is a simple format change in codes. A few lines gonna be edited at all....
