1/ map rank, where i can get the latest installation links + guide
2/ clicable map installation installation link + guide
any help will be highly appreciated

It's pretty easy stuff. Just go here:

And follow those instructions. However, isntead of installing BOB (something I do, however, recommend), substitute it with CM and Map Rank (found below).
