Now that Green is toast, Blue needs some great cards and dice to turn this thing around... and if he doesn't go for it now? He's done and can join green in the toaster.
Yup... if blue's got good cards he can break N&S America from Iceland and also break Asia & Africa via S.Europe and maybe scoot on over and take Oceania as well. You'll both have three cards at the end of his turn and if Blue has decent dice? This game could be a toss up again.
Yeah in this case select a few continents, like SA + Aussie to defend... and put light (but still put some) defenses around the rest (maybe 2's and such) so that he still has to break everywhree, but you will ensured to keep a few places like SA/Aussie. It's more than his deployment will be and that's what counts.
It looks like there were a few changes since you posted this...right now I'd put blue in a stronger position because he's actually defended in NA, but if you have a cashin that could quickly change...

Eh, he's only got 1 card. I'd say blue should have a strong edge by the time the next cash in rolls around... he's got NA, and red's got nothing. Blue can easily move out and lock up the Americas and maybe Europe and Africa in the next two turns. With sufficiently aggressive play, I'd say red's done in 3-4 rounds if he doesn't get cards in time.
