Funny you should say that, Owen....after the guy ran his mouth to me over PM, i did report it in C&A and, comically enough, CC cleared the guy from any wrongdoing. So apparently you can receive punishments for doing nothing wrong, but are free to commit clear rule violations with no consequences. Heres the thread:

there's no concrete evidence here that jeff was cheating. it looks to me like he was playing with his brother or someone he knows in REAL life.
