Aright here we go:
First of sailor two brand new users that join the same day from the same country with identical names and you would throw out this:

Ive seen you report people for a lot less then all the coincidences we have here.
On to the data:
The only games these 2 have played in together were teams games, but that's besides the point.
All Freestyle except the one Noted.
Game 4703666Game 4673878Game 4652422 SEQ
Game 4647564 Easy way to do this is to see if their turns are overlapping in the Freestyle games, this 98% of the time will prove to be two users as while there are ways and techniques out there to have 2 accounts and use them at the same time more often then not it doesn't happen.
It looks very apparent that they try to give off the notion that its 2 users as their turns are simultaneous with each other, but the time difference has a gap that would lead one to believe this could be the same user logging in/logging out of accounts to continue the turn along. In these Freestyle games I did come across 2 turns that were real close together which could lead you to believe this is 2 users or 1 user that is able to manipulate the system to look like 2. Here that is:

A
3 second time difference between the 2 users does take some skill/know how to pull of if this is one user
In the same game I found this though, which leads me to believe this could be the same person:

Neither one of them talk in Game Chat, and they both have above 50% win ratios, this is definitely suspicious.
And will need an IP check to resolve.
Good Luck,
