Its not that they made an alliance, its that they did not do it in game chat as the rules dictate. Stop spamming guys. Honestly if you want a shot to win you won't keep going after the same player over and over. Obviously they're playing smart, and using common knowledge so they both have a shot to win the game.

He then goes on to say:
