You are at 1759 and you will only play those 1800 and up?

Anyone who plays a lot of 1 vs 1 on different maps (as opposed to just your favorites), will go down in rank because luck is so much a part of 1 vs 1. Many maps give a definite advantage to whomever starts first.

(not to mention w's comment, that you cannot create private games as a freemium)
