I would personally think that number of games won would be a more reasonable tie-breaker in that case. But, all in all, giving preference to the incumbent seems fairer.

yea if you look at every tie on the scoreboard its always the person with the most games played ahead

Well. Actually, at first it took a while for people to raise their score/rank. Initially, the rank General was the top rank, you needed 5000 points to get it I think, but it was pretty quickly changed to 3000 points. The rank Conqueror came a bit later (for the no 1 spot).

when I saw that I got exactly the 5 points difference between me and herps in a game, I expected him to be the conqueror still; I thought it was about how many games you have won, which is a better one than games imo... this is not only in conqueror draws though... isn't it in all cases where 2 players have an equal score?
