Hey TheSaxlad,

this sounds like the same other clans already have. Do you want this to be a usergroup ? If so, then we will move this to the proper sub-forum

I believe I am ready for a crusade or two, under proper training. A premium member, over 200 games, rating around 4.7, sarge- 1500 or so for the last little while, gone and going though some of the SoC and a good team player. References on request. G:>

This sounds like a really good idea. Must be a reason lots of other clans have done it.

Maybe the attackers should think about it :|

Good Luck T4C.

Yes, thank you. THis is what we are going to be looking for.

Checked you out Fewnix, and you look good on Canada, but need some work on the other maps. However, you 20% win ratio is a little concerning. You'll be in the training grounds for sure, as Sax said, but acceptance into the clan will probably discussed.

Thanks for joining!

No probs, I appreciate being considered. Are you more of a training group, looking for promising students, or are you more of a competitive group, looking for skilled warriors? The distinction can help us carry on the conversation (by PM or in this forum?) to see what we offer each other and whether or not we fit.

Thank you for you consideration.
;)

My experience with this has not been good so far and it doesn;t look like the Crusaders and I are a good match. Without getting into the details here is a post I put into the strategy forum under team games. It might be an approach the Crusaders use in future, in training and in competition.
--------------------------------
I would like to play team games with a team that communicates. As soon as the game is initialized and ongoing, the team members check in to team chat with a line or two on the strategy:" we should be able to take X and Y while Team 2 goes for Z" and suggestions about what the team member up and those following might do: "Red, why not deploy on A, soft attack B and then fort to Green on C? Then green can deploy to C and take the bonus ".

This communication approach applies to each team member up suggesting what s/he would like to do and asks for input before taking the turn: " I'm thinking of deploying to X, no attacks, and then forting to Blue on Y. then if yellow takes Z and forts to P, we will be in good shape to take X"

This would require teamwork, a little time and discipline on the team members part, checking out your team games, even if it is not your turn, to offer suggestions and, even if it is your turn, letting your team mates offer input on your proposed moves before making them and once in a while doing something they suggested rather than what you first thought was the best move.

Am I asking too much?.

Thank you Qoh. May I respectfully suggest that the Crusaders try training games amongst their existing members,as well as squires like myself, to develop team playing skills as well as familiarity with the map and settings. If you can't demonstrate your ability to communicate and co-operate in a training game with potential team mates. doesn't matter your rank or win ratio, you don't get to go on a Crusade .

If these correct, then these can be one of reasons why T4C have so bad results, because withouth team comunication, you can have great strategy, but its will fail withouth good comunication and coordination of team.
Usualy in our games, sometime, player who know better map, take leadership, and give guidelines to other players what need to play, ofcourse when in one game you have players who know good map, then comunication betwen players, lead to good game, and chances for win its high.
Game comunication its key for win,.
fewnik ,its look that you find what its real problem in T4C, and if you fix that, then you can improve your clan skill.

Are they talking about it in public?

Fewnix was voicing his opinion, because he is in the group, as a warning to potential members. You are not a potential member, and his points do not carry over to the clan wars.

So you do not need to comment on something that doens't concern you in any way.

Respectfully, QoH

no need to send me private messages- fewnix give hes oppinion openly, and i only give comment on hes oppinion, i dont see nothing bad or wrong here.

Or maybe qwert we are in the process of sorting it out. The reason weve had "bad" results is TOFU,TSM,L4D All top ten clan ( yes i know its wild geese but its l4d really) and weve barely started out. Our results would have been better had we had better draws in the cup and the nc.

well i just give frendly oppinion,on fewnik post, if you think that i have some bad itention, then ok,its your right to decide what oppinion its valid, and what its not. I play 6 games in our chalenge, and i notice something ,what im also notice in other games, but like QoH say to me,that these is not mine business , so i will not bother you with game details, but probably you will realised what its problem, good luck with training program.
