doubles partner/teaching

Postby jsnyder748 on Tue May 24, 2011 9:56 pm

since i love playing doubles so much! =D> =D>

anyone want to play/learn doubles from me?

here is a list of all maps I would like to teach if people are intereseted :

1. First off, all the confusing/tricky maps - Dawn Of Ages, das schloss, supermax prison riot, monsters, battle for iraq, ww2 gazala, d-day omaha beach, jamaica, Age of Realms, Arms Race, Austerlitz, Berlin 1961, Draknor level 1, New World, and waterloo. :geek: (The maps bolded I know best)

I will always play monsters!

2.Now maps I like that aren't tricky for learning doubles strategy in general or just for fun! - Iberia, Charleston, Asia, Be Ne Lux, Both fuedals, Eastern Hemisphere, Japan, Montreal, Oasis, Texan Wars, Unification Italy, World 2.1, Vancouver

3. Maps i want to get better at - Middle Ages (especially) , Treasure of golapogos, forbidden city, Lunar War, ww2 Ardennes (so if you can teach me that would be cool)

4. settings - for the confusing maps i have set settings that i can teach the map with, these are usually settings that go best with the map. For all other doubles games you can choose to learn different styles. The first style is Escalating, Second is no spoils chained, and the third is unlimited. Each have there own strategy and if you already know how to play escalating but want to learn unlimited then you can specify that either in a p.m. or in a comment in this thread.

If you are interested in any of these things post on the forum or p.m. me and we can work out details

 I will never play Hive, Stalingrad, Rail Europe/USA, or ridiculously small maps (rely to much on luck)

Also if there is interest in triples we can work something out :D

I'd definitely be up for it; have a near flawless record with my current doubles partner (though that's partially cause we've only played like 9 games lol)

I'll play some games if you are still interested. Not a huge fan of team freestyle, but anything else is good to go.

You have to be on a lot when you play that setting.

Wouldnt mind teaming up for whichever maps you'd like to do. Would be nice to pick up on Das Schloss, as I know I cant beat the better players on that map. Not a huge fan of freestyle, but as long as your strategy doesnt have to require being on at the same time, I would comply. ;)
