missing a go penalty

hi guys
not been here too long but love it to bits, the only gripe i have is guys missing turns...!!

Most guys dont do it on purpose but i feel there should be some sort of penalty for missing a go, not too harsh but maybe a 50% reduction in the troops you are due on your next go.

Yes sometime the internet crashes or your stuck on your holls or maybe just ill but with todays technology its very easy for most of us to connect somewhere and somehow...

what do you think...

there is already a penalty for missing turns

1. you don't get to reduce your oppositions region or territory bonuses
2. you don't get to expand your territory or region bonuses
3. you run the risk of having your territory bonus reduced and your region bonuses broken
4. you run the risk of your opposition increasing their territory and region bonuses
5. you miss out on the chance to obtain spoils
6. your opposition has the chance to increase their spoils
