Other: Being a bully and making out that he is a moderator to justify it (can't see any evidence he is a moderator but if he is then he is abusing his position)

I am a co-owner of CC and a head moderator.

I agree, he is being a bully, but what kind of policy would be set if we punished him for claiming to be someone he is not? Even if it is only restricted to claiming to be part of CC moderation. It is a slippery slope. What next, will I be banned for the comment I made at the beginning of my post?

:lol: There's a difference between a joke in good taste and being a bully. If he is trying this nonsense on me then he could be doing it to other people too. It brings the tone down in an unnacceptable way, IMHO. As I said, I wasn't seeking him be punished for his behaviour but it must stop. Interesting that he is still delaying games and has been warned for that, that's a separate issue for the mods. He clearly hasn't learned from his past mistakes.

I was just trying to point out that rules should be reasonable. Sure, it is in bad taste to be a bully and claim you are a mod. It is also in bad taste to say 'f*ck you' in game chat. Yet one thing is okay? You can't have rules based on things like this. Then it all just becomes subjective. Sometimes people will behave badly, sometimes they will be rude. I don't think he has broken any rules, so I don't think he can even be warned about this. I think he will just be one of those players that everyone foes because he hasn't "crossed the line".

one of the worst players (southecare) to play against on this site... that said... really? u took the time to post this complaint? don't believe everything you read guy... by the way... i'm an I.R.S. agent, and you need to send me $20,000 to this address....
