That wears down the fun-factor for that game. Just have everyone in one spot, or make them easier to access.

Other than that, I really enjoyed the combat--but I couldn't play it for long, with all that running back and forth. Best PvP and Co-op also.

True about the running around that shit can get old real quick. But as far as the combat system goes it just doesn't get any better than dark souls. The engine is smooth as a baby's dick. The online just makes this game one of my favorites of the year.

I liked the combat in Dragon Age a lot...but with RPG, a lot of how much you like it is how much you get into your character...how much you actually role play.

If you strictly want combat, there are some awesome shooters out there...

Is "smooth as a baby's dick" also a drug euphemism? I need some clarification, since you failed to respond to my previous question in the "americans are cunts" thread.

If dick = joint, then smooth as a baby's dick = a very smooth marijuana joint? I dunno. But whenever I see people with weed on tv they're always coughing a whole lot, so is there some weeds that are smooth?

Reports that the first of DLC for Skyrim will be available within a week or so.

As to what it might entail, an intrepid user may have stumbled onto a couple of items from a scan:

Sure, but those table scraps just don't offset the costs of running around for hours in order to buy stuff.

I bought Dark Souls 2. It was boring and a waste of money. I played it once and put it down pretty quickly.

Damn it, this is why I don't play these games! I saw this thread a while ago and didn't pay much notice to it. Then about a week back I was watching my friend play Skyrim, not really knowing what it was. He told me the game had over 300 hours of game play and that he STRONGLY recommended it. I told him I don't buy games new but rather wait for them to drop to the $5-$20 used games shelf and that I don't have that kind of time for a video game. I remember thinking that it looked a lot like a game another one of my friends used to play called Morrowind, little did I know...

Spent the next day thinking about buying it, and decided I would rather keep my time and money for more productive things, like improving my status in real life as opposed to some damn game.. Then talking to my room mate later in the evening I found out he had it... Now this it's taking over my life and I'm not sure how to pull myself out. In Skyrim I am Raphael! Dragonborn imperial magician and warrior, fighting to preserve the sanctity of the realm....

After watching Game of Thrones at my friend's house on Sunday I was in the perfect mood for some dragon slaying. I'm trying to switch jobs right now and I had an interview set for 7:30 on Monday morning an hour away. At 10:15 I figured I could play for about an hour until 11 and still be all right to make it in... I realized it was getting a little late, and thinking it would be between 12 and 1 I looked at my phone to see what time it was.

4 freaking AM

Yowza! I think in terms of dollars to play hours, I've certainly got my money's worth out of it.

Were you questing the whole time, or were you exploring and dinking around? I find that if I am just exploring I'll end up playing for longer than when questing for certain goals, haha.

More like doing something, than loading from a previous save point to do it again so that everything comes out perfect...

That and fighting the same dragon over and over again, just because I can.

How many of you have multiple characters going? I've really only got one character, but I get tempted to start up another character after I finish off the main quest line (whenever that will be since I rarely seem to progress on it, haha).

Right now I've only got one character, but I'm saving his talent points so that I can save multiple files when he gets higher and try different classes.

We won't hear much more about content until later this Summer when it gets first released on Xbox, and then on other platforms a month later.

Productive things and real life status are overrated.

Skyrim is on sale on Steam this weekend...I'm still going to hold off until a GOTY edition comes out...or at least until winter when I don't mind being addicted to something that keeps me indoors!

You'll have to let us know what you think of it. I'm on a Skyrim hiatus for couple of weeks and probably won't pick it up for few more.

I can play this game seemingly forever.

The bow is full of awesome sauce and I enjoy shooting creatures either directly in the anus or in the nuts!

I heard the online multiplayer game sucked royal donkey dick, can anyone confirm this?

Any confirmation on Elder Scrolls VI seems to be just hear say or total bullshit.

Is anyone still playing this thang?

PC? Definitely. Hell, new mods are still constantly being made on steam and nexus. Some are simple stand alone weapons or followers. Others go as far as turning the arctic tundra of Skyrim into a tropical climate. Some quest mods are nearly the size of some of the DLCs.

So, yeah. It is still played quite a bit. Elder Scrolls online? Never played it, so I can't really say.

I still haven't played Skyrim yet (or Oblivion, for that matter). I'm still having too much fun with Morrowind. =)

Now that I have a rig that can handle it, I think I'm going to dust off my copy of Morrowind and install the Morrowind Overhaul - Sounds & Graphics mod. I've been wanting to try this out for a long time. Plus, I think it will reinvigorate my love of the game. Skyrim is getting boring for me now. Time to go back to the classic.

Skyrim is my first. I was an Elder Scroll Virgin until then; however, I do have the entire collection waiting to be played (as soon as I am finished with--or sick of--Skyrim).
