What did that say about the Pac 12?

Obama is re-elected and somehow Notre Dame is #1?

It seems to be slightly more obscure than the options you're thinking about. They seem to be discussing American football played by college students. Apparently this is a "thing" in the US.

That being said, what are the chances of Georgia beating Alabama and making it to the National Championship? I think people who know me know I've been cautiously optimistic (at best) about Georgia since their implosion the year they were supposed to be #1 (and a bit before that at times). Personally I think they can beat Alabama but they need to be more consistent on both sides of the ball than they have for most of the season.
As far as Notre Dame, I kind of think they will lose to USC in which case it will probably be Oregon in the NC (assuming that they don't lose again in the toughest stretch of their schedule) against the SEC conference champion.

You sound like an expert, but even that explanation sounds kind of disappointing.

@Muy: Umm...Georgia only has 1 loss currently ranked #3.

I meant Georgia losing to Georgia Tech but then turning around and beating Alabama in the SEC title game.
