Brief synopsis with parts missing.
Ted, "Anyone that wants to disarm me, can drop dead... Suck on my machine gun."
Piers, "Much as I'd love to suck on your machine gun. The whole point of your of your defence is a lot of people do drop dead, because you are armed to the teeth and you'd like everyone else to be. "
Ted, "You see you're so British.
Piers, "80 people a day are shot."
Ted, "75 of 'em to 78. By statistics from FBI crime something... 78 of the 80 are let out of their cages by corrupt judges and prosecuters... Kiss my ass."
Piers, "Yeah."
Ted, "Where you have the most armed citizens in America you have the lowest violent crime rate.."
Piers, "I understand but."
Ted, "Piers, choose one. You want more crime, we have it, gun free zones. You want less crime we've got that, more people with concealed carry permits. Why do you guys resist that statistic?"
How is this relevant to the list I'm creating? Is PS just trolling again?

Fence off four square states. I think it was: Mass murderers in one, pedos in another, gang members in another, abusers in another. Provide them with guns and plenty of ammo. Open small gates every so often between the four gated segments, holding a lottery about how many will get through before the gates shut.
Let these violent criminals enjoy themselves by killing each other off while they take care of our prison overcrowding problems.
Have pay-per-view beheadings, and again a lottery to guess which bucket the head will roll into.
Use the lottery and pay-per-view monies to pay off the national debt.
So....
- Required Gladiatorism for criminals

Solution:
1. Ban Firearms.
2. Hire more psychiatrists.
3. Withdraw from FIFA
4. Ban Peter Jackson from filming in the U.S.
5. Ban Spanish and Portuguese from being spoken in the U.S.
6. Discourage Australians, New Zealanders and Swedes from visiting the U.S. Tell the Australians and NZers that Disneyland is closed. Tell the Swedes that Minnesota is closed.
I think we already have the first two items in the list. I don't see how the following 4 are relevant to our list.

Is this a thread about preventing crime or preventing homicide?
There does seem to exist a discontinuity. We need to resolve this before we pursue further. We must clearly identify our objective before we can ever seek to resolve it. The list is already pretty long and I think it seems to pertain to gun-related homicides. Should this perhaps be renamed? Can any help to refine our parameters?
