If we don't arm ourselves to prepare for attacks from Tea Party Death Squads, we're just inviting them to continue their wholesale slaughter of everyone who disagrees with them.

Just imagine if he brought a hundred round drum and a AR-15!

I remember this interview. The guy had a hard time making his point. He never explained HOW bringing a gun to the table helped the Health Care debate. He explained how he was angry about all the rights he has lost (of which he was asked "Which rights?")...and then he couldn't communicate which rights he thought WE Americans have lost! LOL!

Paranoid Libertarians! They are indeed a scary lot!

but bringing a gun has nothing to do with it. He brought his gun the same way he brought his cell phone, or he brought his car. It has nothing to do with anything, except to people who blame guns for everything.

He is a Ron Paul supporter, and he made a lot of great points, and it couldn't be more clear that Matthews repeatedly tried to trip this guy up, and repeatedly failed. I think Matthews asked the guy 5 times in a row if he was a birther, even after Kostrich basically said he was not 4 times previously. You can tell Matthews was disappointed, and probably had some bets with colleagues going that this guy was a birther. Chirs Matthews tried as hard as he could to discredit this guy who is just a citizen concerned about his rights. well, that is exactly what I expect out of Chris Matthews anyways

I feel that these guns which hold crazy amounts of rounds are owned/bought mostly due to fear of some revolution or downfall of society or whatever. Imho it's a waste of money and yeah, if some whacko finally loses his last nut it's frightening to think he/she could come toting one of these. Totally unnecessary, methinks.

Idk, If everyone owned one or two of these...America would be so much more safe! Especially after you get done calling a buddy of yours a pussy and flipping him off! Oh, and don't forget having your AR-15 modified to fully auto and then holding the rifle out like a gangster and letting bullets spray all chaotic! Yeah...I feel safe!

Yeah, the bottom line is you can do a shitload more damage with a hundred round automatic gun than you can with one designed for personal protection or hunting.

Why? In order to shoot 100 bullets.

Next question.

I've been looking at this title and it draws me. I honestly can't think of any situation where a civilian would own a gun that carried 100 rounds that didn't involve some level of insecurity by the owner. Being a gun owner and knowing many other different types of gun owners(secure people vs. insecure people), I am highly certain this is the absolute truth.

For Black Ops 1 is the RPK and HK21 and for WAW it's the M1919 and MG42.

Curiosity: Is that thing actually legal in the US (like legal as in easily obtainable)

I'm confused, they would be good for "fun" shooting, although they jam up frequently? Seems like an oxymoron of sorts.
Also, you were under the impression that most American gun owners were combat veterans?
But yeah, you did answer the question posed by the title and I suppose that's the bottom line. I couldn't tell if you were responding to the thread itself or the discussion at hand? What about those items that would be useful in combat situations? The specific cheesy model pictured is just used as an example I believe.
