I liked Benjamin Linus from LOST back in the day, and really a lot of those characters from LOST. And Walter White and Jesse Pinkman from Breaking Bad definitely as well.

If pressed, I might pick Omar as my favourite, but there are just so many amazing characters in that show that it would be tough to pick just one.

I tried watching the first two episodes of The Wire and I was bored and quit. For Wire fans, does it get better after those first episodes?

Agreed. I wouldn't say it gets better, but maybe it could take a few episodes to get to know the characters. There are a lot of them to get to know.
