Liberal activist strategy memo leaked from North Carolina. An interesting read on tactics.

My favorite line:

"Eviscerate the leadership and weaken their ability to govern".

This was launched by a non-profit. Aren't there rules for non-profits regarding political actions and activities?

Also no one writes down dodgey stratagies anymore, even the dumbest politician knows everything will be leaked eventually.
