What's so bad about horse meat? I still don't understand why it has been made into such a big deal. Yes, mixing beef and horse meat while portraying it as pure beef is a cost cutting scam but it could have been much worse. Horse meat is delicious, although very tough to chew, and at least it wasn't rat meat.

Horse meat is a delicacy in Quebec. I expect a Canadian to realize what the uproar is about.

Im originally from Kazakhstan and horse meat is part of the diet. I have never been to Quebec and didnt know it was such a big deal there. Then again, a lot of ordinary things are a big deal in Quebec. Independence and freedom for example

One of the best parts of that gag was whenever the legit Kazak government tried to tell people he wasn't from there he'd say, "That's just those nitwits from Usbekistan trying to make me look bad." I'll be asking semi serious questions about the real place later.
