ps - for short, close, easy rides....otherwise I wear a helmet (not backwards).

Let's compromise. If the guy did this for just a minute or so before saying, "derp, I'm wearing a cap with a brim." Then it's just human nature as slim said. If he did it all day, then he is surely not the brightest star in the firmament.
