First it shows you the manipulation of the mainstream media of Mummar Gadaffi into a tyrcanical overloard; when in fact he reinvested much of his oil profits into the Libyan infrastructure, healthcare, education, and raising their over all standard of living. Secondly, he was ready to get off of the U.S. dollar as a method of trade and move into something called the "Gold Dinar" which would have made oil to be paid via gold - guess who didn't like that? Third, he was openly speaking at the U.N and other summits about how the Middle East was openly getting screwed by the West and that they needed to band together to achieve something better. Lastly, it wasn't a civil war that was going on in Libya (as portrayed by the media) instead it was a paid insurgency of mercenaries to get rid of Gadaffi which was funded by Americans via ammunitions/equipment.

Everyone here seems to think that the world has become civilized and its possible to live peacefully but its while capitalism is the dominant ideology.
The most disturbing part of that video is the realization that the Amerian $ is not backed up by any commodity and is thus absolutely worthless. The etire monetary system relies on the world's belief that it is otherwise...

It's so refreshing to hear some honest talk about the US,and much preferrable to that crock of shit about 'land of the free, home of the brave'.US hands are just as dirty as most others, and given their economic might they have ample means to use it.
I know its utopia but wouldn't it be great if all governments could stop pretending and admit the real reasons for their policies? You might not like them but it would be out in the open.

This doesn't make a valid argument, though.
+The perspectives of where the video was being recorded were different. -How do we know there wasn't a large group of cars in front of Gaddafi?
