My brother gave me a cd of mashups....love em all - one in particular has 7 songs in it that I can count - it is primarily Werewolves of London and Sweet Home Alabama....third main song is Back in Black, then several others like Too Much Time on my Hands (Styx), etc. It is awesome but I cannot find it anywhere like youtube, etc....it is NOT one of the many Kid Rock All Summer Long variations either......I'll see if I can upload it somehow (never done that before)....
"Gypsy told my fortune...she said that nothin showed...."

Neil Young....Like An Inca

The first time I heard the original Kid Rock song I was like "Oh, that's cool. Werewolves of London and Sweet Home Alabama in a song together...wait...what the f*ck...is that Kid Rock?" and instantly turned it off. He has ruined those songs for me.

I fucking hate Kid Rock.

www.djschmolli.com and www.mashstix.com

Schmolli is by far the best mashup artist.

also Hammer to Fall - Queen + some Donny Hathaway song:

It's interesting to see that two and a half years ago I had no particular opinions on this subject and now mashups make up a good portion of my iTunes.

OK, here's something different: Cee Lo Green vs. Kelly Clarkson a capella. No kidding.

The right answer to the wrong question is still the wrong answer to the real question.

Actually, they didn't make that up. Green released a sanitised version with that euphemism for radio stations that wouldn't play the other.

Anyway, that group, Pentatonix, is awesome. All of their stuff is worth a listen.

You should catch the Jools Holland show performance. It is joyous.

I've always enjoyed the Dream on/Boulevard of Broken Dreams/Wonderwall mashup. There's a better one out there, but I can't find it

Check out Wax Audio. We've had quite the lively discussion about it in DBC's super-secret forum.
