Nolan Directs Bond!

Postby DoomYoshi on Sat May 18, 2013 3:07 pm

informal talks have begun between Nolan, his representatives and the powers behind the James Bond pictures, Barbara Broccoli and Michael G .Wilson.

Let's hope this comes to fruition.

"Because he's the British Secret Agent we deserve but not the one we need."

----

"Bonny!" "It's Bonds. James Bonds. Like I told you before"

---

M: We were in this together, then you were gone.

Bonds: James Bonds wasn't needed any more. We won.

M: Based on a lie. Now this evil... rises from where we tried to bury it. James Bonds has to come back.

Bonds: What if he doesn't exist any more?

M: He must...he must...

---

Bond: Where will I be going?

M: You're waiting for a train, a train that will take you far away. You know where you hope this train will take you, but you don't know for sure. But it doesn't matter. How can it not matter to you where that train will take you?

---

Narrator: Every great spy consists of three parts or acts. The first part is called "The disguise". The spy shows you something ordinary: a pressed suit, a watch or a pen. He shows you this object. Perhaps he asks you to use it to see if it is indeed real, unaltered, normal. But of course...it isn't. The second act is called "The Turn". The spy takes the ordinary object and makes it do something extraordinary. Now you're looking for the secret... but you won't find it, because of course you're not exactly alive anymore. You don't really feel your heart beat. You want to be alive. But you wouldn't die yet. Because making someone die isn't enough; you have to be questioned first. That's why every spy has a third act, the hardest part, the part we call "The Bonds".

Nolan's love of British actors in his films maybe he will recast James Bond with an American actor,Batman should not have been a brit.

I thought Batman movies were good, but that Christian Bale was the weakest part of the movies

Christian bale is freakin awesome in all his movies and is one of my favorite actors. Don t you guys dare criticize him!
I was not convinced about Daniel Craig as James Bond, but it was just a matter of getting used to it, he was just too different from pierce brosnan. But I think he s very good now. And I love this actor too.

Well I guess it s a matter of taste. I m really not a big fan of superheroes movies and thought it was outrageous to see yet another batman movie in theaters when Nolan started his trilogy. And I really got into it. Definitely the best superheroe movies, and I really liked bale.

The second Batman movie was Oscar worthy, you like Bale, ever seen the machinist? If I was making that movie I would have told him to stop with the starving yourself.

Wasn't Christian Bale in 3:10 to Yuma? How much did he weigh then? I would bet it would make the graph look much more smooth so they didn't include it.
