Pie or cake?

Frosting sucks. Therefore pie, unless I can have my cake unfrostinged.

I do love me some cake batter, however.

You're eating the wrong frosting.

The only frosting which does not suck (and is, in fact, quite delicious) is Royal Frosting. Sadly, it is not conducive to frosting an entire cake, rather only fringes and designs.

Boiled icing is AWESOME, but pie is still better.

I don't know what boiled icing is. My primary issue with most frostings is their texture, which I HATE (I like sweet). Does boiled icing stay "soft and fluffy"? Cause I wouldn't like that. That's why I can't stand whipped cream either.
