Yeah, considering its actually a tiny town in Western Nebraska? Denver, Cheyenne, and several other cities are noticeably bigger that are in that area, and would make more sense.

A lot of names appear to be from geographical features, hence the Mt. Shasta and Mt. Rainer, and Tule and Salt Lakes out in the west, the Ozarks, Nodaway River Valley, and the Ogallala aquifer, and others I am missing.

I remember seeing maps like this before, but much more skewed. They are always interesting.

A lot of issues would change if the states were more uniform, but I am not sure it would be better.
