Is this a government-run game? I've never been clear on whether a private company can impose tax, so if it is a private company, I would be interested in the legal determination made in the company being permitted to impose a tax.

I assure you my French is far worse than your English, sir.

And, yes, we're French descendants...and Spanish...and English...and German...to name only a few...we're too confused over our lineage to focus in the classrooms.
