Since the empirical evidence for the underlined is lacking, then the dispute remains unresolved.

Do you think I'm wrong on this? In-spite of the evidence, empirically provided.

Anyone can use a gun to shoot someone but not many people know how to make a bomb out of manure. Besides, manure has many practical applications and is not produced for the sole purpose of killing/maiming.

Actually its startlingly easy to put it together. The hard bit is sourcing a detonator that is suffiecient to kick start the reactions involved.

Ironically enough its quite common to use primers/powder from ammunition... (no idea what Mcveigh used though - its also common to use the mini detonators they use on train lines to signal emergencies to drivers).

McVeigh used blasting caps which he obtained through theft from a quarry to set off his device.

Americans obsessing about the domestic policy of (since ww2) Korea,Vietnam,Iraq,Afghanistan,Chile,Guatemela,Grenada,Somalia, and countless others. Is your country so special in your eyes that it can intervene at will for whatever reason anywhwere but no foreigner is entitled to an OPINION about the US.The hypocrisy of that view stinks.

Really? Is that what you think I support?

What if I agree America should have nothing to do with the domestic policy of those countries? Is it still hypocrisy?

Do you?

Your evidence doesn't say anything about my question, which is the heart of the matter.

Surely, since you have such a strong stance on this issue, then you must be properly informed. But why can't you address my question--assuming you're properly informed?

absolutely. So do a majority of Americans. But that majority is getting smaller and smaller as more and more Americans grow up learning and experiencing that government is the answer to everything.

When you get hungry, get some aid from the government.
When you lose your job, get some aid from the government.
When you go to college, get some aid from the government.
When you buy a house, get some aid from the government.
When you get sick, get some aid from the government.
When you have children, get some aid from the government.

After food, shelter, education, job, healthcare, family is all safety netted by the government, how can a person possibly say no when the government asks to use the military in a country they never heard of on some bogus false premise that is meant to scare them (and usually does)? Look at all the things government provides for people for their entire lives, and hardly ever asks anything in return? More and more people are agreeing to shut up and take the money. IE trade their Liberty for security. How can you check that military action when they are wrong if you give up your Liberty?
