Re: [CC4] RA (3) vs ATL (119)
I play a free MMO game called Shaiya for an hour once a week, when there is a score-setting contest between the guilds. Otherwise I don't play real-time games much. Ah yes, Might and Magic, I remember the first versions of that one. Nostalgic.
A Song of Ice and Fire is good, in its realism; he wasn't going to add any magic at all first, but apparently his agent talked him into adding magic or the readers wouldn't buy the novels. I read the first novels way back when. But the last one is a let-down, not a single issue is resolved. "Dance of Dragons" makes you think she gets control of those damn dragons finally; but no, it's false, the dragons just sit on rooftops in the sun, sometimes eating a sheep or two. He even removed 100-200 pages in the end to "start the next novel with a bang", meaning everything is just treading water so people will be more eager to buy the next book. In about five years or so. He has mostly given up on his own series. Very depressing. Hope the series will be finished before the author inevitably dies of a heart attack.
Actually I never liked that "fear leads to" quote, I thought it sounded like fast-produced, feel-good philosophy that a real centuries-old creature wouldn't say. People can make it any direction they want: "Fear leads to adrenaline, adrenaline leads to victory, victory leads to wealth, wealth leads to ice cream." Therefore, fear is ice cream!
Hey, just when I turned my head to the TV the film froze, just now. Yesterday a street light went out just when I was passing by under it. I don't want to claim that I'm an electromancer, but ... let's see if this works on computer dice too.

Re: [CC4] RA (5) vs ATL (10)
So we got our mathematical win vs dynasty and looks like your challenge is still far from over.
Can RA surprise everyone here?
Oh and heroes of might and magic, awesome! Was a huge fan of the 1,2,3 back in the days, got a bit disapointed by the 4 that i barely played so left it there. Bought the 6 a year ago to see how things had evolved, it s good but a bit repetitive.

Re: [CC4] RA (5) vs ATL (10)
Oh, Betiko - then you left out the best one! Heroes of Might and Magic 5 - with both expansions - is in my opinion the best one. It is the direct successor of no. 3 (NOT 4!) and is just aaaaweesome! I don't like no. 6, which has btw been programmed by a different team, and is more or less a successor of HOMM 4.

Care for an avatar change wager on the outcome? BoFM wins you sport an avatar of my choice for 2weeks. BoFM lose, you give me an avatar of your design.

Well, see I thought we were doing that in the other one.. but yeah, alright. I predict 23-17 RA win even WITH the total bullshit handicap.
BTW bogan, I am only doing this for the sake of you were a total prick in the other thread and apparently not just in the thread. ♥

I have been looking at the games, and of the ones where you can be reasonably sure where things are heading, it looks like we are winning 12, losing 6. With the finished games at 10-6 in our favor, we seem to be heading toward an Atlantean victory.

Nevertheless, the Risk Attacker congratulate Gustv Wasa to his extraordinary gameplay making him second of the world in CC for a while! He combines skills with politeness and non-arrogance: Bravo!

Too kind, Sir! Risk Attackers have also proven themselves fierce fighters, worthy of visiting our island at any time. Though you realize we simply have to win any game on the Atlantis map. Which is why our dice rolls there get an added bonus. Also, we get a boost any time P*Funk sets out to psych us with Swedish history.

In the case of you guys winning, I will keep my word of course
Re: [CC4] RA (8) vs ATL (10)
In CC4 it's a set of 61 games, so that it cannot end 23-17, sorry. But I am glad that you believe in us!!
Re: [CC4] RA (8) vs ATL (10)
Wow RA is coming back on the score! I just noticed that you 2 clans are facing each other in the ncc4 as well and that it s 20-20.
It really looks like RA has improved a lot since last year! (Cc3 round 1 with the pack vs you guys).

Doodle Earth is only played by top elite players on this site. You guys need to pick more luck based maps than doodle.

Re: [CC4] RA (13) vs ATL (15)
RA once won a war by taking weeks to join games ... maybe that is their tactic again?

Exactly how many weeks? And tactic for what? We started joining our away games before Atlantis did in both rounds. I see someone is trying to stir up trouble, but doesn't even have his facts correct

The really humorous part is that Teflon Kris is even in one of those games and still can't keep his facts straight

Teflon Kris, now that we have ended the unpolitenesses and even started to have fun together, please stop the unnecessary, ineffective discussion. Thank you!
