We're teaming up with the San Francisco Animal Care & Control for Operation Chihuahua, an adoption incentive that airlifts rescued chihuahuas to new homes on the East Coast in time for Thanksgiving.
We'll take up to 25% off a future flight and donate $5 to the cause when you book a year-end getaway. Use donation code VXBARK when you book now, and we'll email you a promo code for your future flight within a week after your first booking.

Here's more from today's press release -
Virgin America, San Francisco's hometown airline, is flying Chihuahua pups from San Francisco to the New York area so they can be adopted quickly into loving homes in time for Thanksgiving. The overpopulation of Chihuahuas in California continues to force animal shelters on the West Coast to look to shelters on the East Coast for help – where there is demand for the dogs among apartment-dwelling New Yorkers.

Kudos to Virgin America for helping cope with the Chihuahua tragedy we're dealing with here in California. It really does take the whole world coming together, gang, and I couldn't think of a single more worthy cause in the world right now than getting those Chihuahuas to New York. Hopefully we get a lot of folks here in the Club helping out.
