Marilyn was a friend of Boy George & a pop star in his own right.
Speaking of which, is it true about Harry Styles and Nick Grimshaw?

Sexy pic above. "Femi"man indeed. Kissing blokes can be fun, I prefer men with a beard, or clean shaven asians. Hate the whole stubble rash thing. Kissing doesn't always have to lead to gay sex. Just more likely to get laid if your kissing a bloke then a sheila. Women are just as horny as men, they just have a stupid infatuation with playing denying games. "I really wanted to f*ck you after our first date, I just didn't want you to think I'm a slut...."
Blokes - "Your hot enough to f*ck(ie have a pulse), you want to f*ck me. Why wait?"

Polyamorous is the way to go folks. Just a word of warning, according to a spanish friend of mine, kissing sheep is fraught with danger, evidently they have very poor dental hygiene.

Love and kisses Uncle Bogan

lol, so you have been so desperate for kisses in you life that you"ve had to kiss yourself?
So if you go t france and you have to salute a woman that is not just randomly met (hold your horses! the less ambiguous woman possible. let's just say your host wherever you are staying and that she is genuinely friendly) and she comes towards you, says "bonjour" and kisses you on both cheeks would you think something sexual has just happened? :?

but seriously... you never kiss your mother/grandmas/sisters? that is the wierdest think I ever heard! hope you were kidding.

We (uk and Ireland culture) never kiss relatives or friends, but we also (I hope) understand that other cultures do. In Peru men just shuck hands to say hello, and I mean all the time. Woman you gave one kiss on the cheek when introduced or saying hello/goodbye.

Betiko, you frenchmen are too civilized for your own good! Things are much simpler socially in Sweden.
If you don't know the person, man or woman, you shake hands.
If you know the person but it's more of an associate from work or similar, man or woman, you shake hands.
If you know this person well, and it's someone you could call a friend or who is a partner of a relative of yours, and it's a woman, you hug her. If it's a man, you make the gesture of hugging but don't fully hug as that is a bit too much physical contact between two unrelated men. (male friends never hug each other, female friends however do.)
If it's a family member you HUG them, no kisses, no groping and certainly no eye contact. Okay the last was a joke, but the rest is valid.
Also, a boy does not hug his father unless he's very young, teenage sons do not hug their fathers unless they're moving out of the house or leaving for another country. You also don't shake hands with your father, you just avoid physical contact with him for the reminder of your life basically.
The only times it's socially permitted to kiss another human being in Sweden is if the person in question is your sexual partner (don't do it in public though), or if you have a very young baby and you can't help yourself because you think he/she is just too adorable, then you can give a little kiss on the cheek.
P.S That's only okay if it's your own child or your grandchild.

Pretty much yes. The upside however is that you will never find yourself feeling socially obligied to kiss another man, something that seems to happen a lot to Betiko. haha

In our city you may avoid almost any physical contact and say, "How's it goin'?" regardless of gender or relationship. Kissing needs some form of agreement but is mostly acceptable.

There are horrible bigots that might cause trouble for male homosexuals kissing in public or vocal female ones. Jerks are a fact of life I guess.

Never. I just was stating they are not as predominant in my City as some people claim. They're here and they're not shy but I honestly feel they are a smaller minority than they hope everyone thinks.

I'm not sure that warrants such a harsh social exlusion as looking strangely at you though.
If it is true what you say and they really did look strangely on you, my guess would be that you were either talking on the phone while using a public transport, or trying to speak with a local Swedish person with flawed Swedish, thus leading them to misstake you for an immigrant or a beggar.
Or maybe you just looked like an immigrant. An innocent tourist being misstaken for an evil immigrant? How rude!

Sweden where no one kisses because A) They are all blonde, so even if someone is not a family member, they look like one. B) Everyone's breath smells like herring C) They are all to busy touching themselves looking at pictures of the Norwegian football team

Gillipig, so is it really inapropriate for you to kiss your friend s toddlers?
Funny cause you guys sit around naked with strangers in saunas, but kissing a well known friend is inapropriate?

I do think it s highly unpleasant to see a gay male couple making out in the street. I have no major issue with two hot lesbians making out though so you can t call me homophobic.
Oh, and i think that if i see a very crippled beggar i would find it more unpleasant too!

Oh, yeah that would not just be awkward, I bet he'd punch me if I kissed his kid!
Haha, that's probably the most gay thing you can acuse us nordic people of, that we sit naked next to each other in the sauna. The women are more prude though, covering themselves up with big tovels, but the men just flash their junk as much as they can. The sauna is an interesting thing actually, it has a place in our society as somewhere you get to know strangers, you talk to people you would otherwise never talk to if you had not happen to be in the same sauna. I've had many memorable discussion about politics and exercise in the sauna.
