Be careful about the "no sugar added" bit. A lot of juices use apple or pear concentrates to boos sweetness, which actually means a lot of added sugar. "No added sugar" does not mean "no extra calories". Others use artificial sweeteners, which are horrible for you.
On the good side, just heard a radio report saying that coffee,despite the caffeine, actually hydrates almost as well as water. Skim milk is supposed to be good for you.. though I cannot tolerate the stuff myself.
i am confused now and have to do some research, if i buy only 100% percent juice,
than i dont mind the fruitsugar which is naturally in it,
i did not know they have beet, palm or canesugar added
