Be careful about the "no sugar added" bit. A lot of juices use apple or pear concentrates to boos sweetness, which actually means a lot of added sugar. "No added sugar" does not mean "no extra calories". Others use artificial sweeteners, which are horrible for you.

On the good side, just heard a radio report saying that coffee, despite the caffeine, actually hydrates almost as well as water. Skim milk is supposed to be good for you.. though I cannot tolerate the stuff myself.

i am confused now and have to do some research, if i buy only 100% percent juice,
than i dont mind the fruitsugar which is naturally in it,
i did not know they have beet, palm or canesugar added

Re: Juice... yeah thats a poor option im afraid. No added suger just means it has a tonne of sugar in it rather than a-whole-fucking-plantation-worth-of-sugar. Not only will it make you fat (in comparison to plain water), but processing sugar requires water so the net benefit of a glass of juice in terms of hydration is pretty small.

So you may be getting adequate hydration, but in the worlds of the internet: ur doin it wrong.

Also 2 litres of coffee is abserd. I hope you arent paying starbucks prices or whatever for it 'cause then you'd literally be pissing away money. (you will have a huge tolerance to caffine, meaning that you would get the same benefit from drinking 3 cups as you would 2 litres in terms of stimulant).

but this water is reused , of course it requires water, but i hope most companys reuse the water, which is economically more smart,
at least in europe we do treat water with extreme respect even we "still" have plenty of it.
and no , i dont drink 2 liters coffe per day at starbucks,
and i think i have had starbucks coffe only once in my live, in vienna we do have a coffee culture, plenty realy good old fashioned coffee houses
i prefer that
that does not mean that starbucks has bad coffe, by no means, but i dont go to starbucks and never will, i m to proud to do that
i choose a coffeplace where the coffee gets roasted in the house
and at work , the coffee is for free, which i hope is the same for you guys in your workplace

I mean processing sugar within your body.

Yeh we have a crap coffee machine at work.

Sorry I thought you live in the US for some reason :S (hence Starbucks comment). We are the same where I live, very strong coffee culture: within literally a stones throw of the building I work in there are 5 cafes that have high quality expresso units, with at least three of them operated by well trained baristas. (none of them starbucks either thankfully :)).
I go to the gym to justify my mockery of fat people.

There will be lawsuits, but the real damage is certainly going to exceed what that company can pay.

The worst part, the real issue is that there was, still is,very little data on how harmful this chemical is. The real question is why we keep allowing companies to produce chemicals without even proving they are safe... i

i dont think anybody cares about the damage made to our living resources ( this new technique getting the oil out is
taking over all over the states now)
the US does not need to import the oil they need anymore in 2014
so they have been milking the "stupid" arabs ( sorry for any arab folk on here,
but i have to say this, how stupid u guys are, u should know best , why ...... and this is not meant in a racial way,
its meant in a critical way, if u dont get it, dont ask me , i will not give u the answers................. search for enlightenment somewhere else)
and now the US has the oil ( fracking) it needed
( wasnt the first oil was discovered in texas? 1830...? )

but this fracking method is causing damage in another way
we are killing this planet in 1000 ways and nobody cares,
maybe thats the reason we are searching for another liveable planet , similar to our earth
( at the moment they have found around or more than 2000 )
its time to build a "new" arche noah

SAVE WATER, drink more BEER

Coffee was invented by McGill University before the Arabs invented coffee before the Ethiopians invented coffee.

Depends on how thirsty I am. I bet I could sell you a bottle of water for a thousand bucks under the right circumstances. Actually it would probably not even have to be water, I could sell you a bottle that I've filled with my urine and you'd buy it it for whatever I asked if you hadn't had any liquid for three days. Furthermore I bet I could make you agree to become AoG's buttboy as a side deal for that bottle of pee.

Oh and don't take it personally, fact is I don't even know who the TO is, I haven't checked and it makes no difference for my claim/offer.
AoG for President of the World!!
I promise he will put George W. Bush to shame!
