I cracked and wore a respiratory mask for the first time ever today. Landed back in Beijing last night and the air readings were around 530. Visibility was down to a couple of hundred meters.
To give you some context, the WHO recommends that PM2.5 levels be kept under 40. LA on its worst days is around 60.
Beijing was recently ranked 39/40 among a study of major world cities for living conditions, entirely because of the pollution (I forget who did the study). If Moscow wasn't such a frozen hellhole then Beijing would have come last.
I'm not. Quite frankly, I think it border on implicit kiddie porn, and long time ago I was going to make a complaint against you. Since then, I've gotten used to it, and I've started to like some of your posts, so my attitude has softened. Nonetheless, I still think it's an offensive sig.

I've always felt the same as Dukasaur but maybe not as strongly. I was never going to lodge a complaint but I find it mildly offensive. Perhaps it is just the father and grandfather in me.
I always read it as the kiddy saying that - which could mean a whole lot of things, many of which could be funny in context (i e kiddy doesn't understand the word they're misusing, comic misunderstanding time). If it's a label, about the kid, then it IS offensive. I'd suggest some sado-masochist necrophiliac bestiality, but that would just be flogging a dead horse.
I honestly always found it fairly ambiguous, and didn't bother trying too hard to decipher the artist's intentions. I guess it just depends how ready the viewer is to associates images of children with sex.
Eh, readers????
I'm not going to change it to a gimp pumping into a dead horse.
