I was just on the website of the BBC, and I got this ad from the Irish Tourism Authority ...

What do you suppose the creative director behind this ad was thinking when he made it? You have 578 pixels of space and you use 80% of it to slap up a grainy photo of a sketchy-looking guy with baggy eyes - possibly a serial killer - wearing a weird combination of hospital scrubs and a bike helmet. I feel like the ad copy, instead of reading "Click Here to Jump Into Ireland," could say "Come to Ireland for the Rape of a Lifetime."
